Date: 3/13/2019 7:43 AM (PST)

I bought a car in Aug 2018, since then I have had in shop 2 tomes. There is a warranty. The first time wad 2 days after I got the car. Now it is in there again and going to cost $2300 to fix. Its the clutch plate and the master cylinder. I am a single mom who makes $350 every 2 weeks. I can't not be without a vehicle. I am so upset.

Good Morning Debra. Thank you for contacting Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). Your complaint against Lucky’s Auto has been received and it is currently being processed. In the next 24-48 hours, you will be receiving an email from us that will contain your complaint ID number.

In addition to the complaint you filed with our office, I suggest you file a complaint with the Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division (MVED): https://dmv.utah.gov/buying-selling/dealer/complaints The MVED handles complaints regarding contract issues, fraud, misrepresentation and more. They can be reached at (801) 297-2600. Here is a link to their complaint form: https://tax.utah.gov/forms/current/tc-451.pdf

I hope this information is helpful. I can be reached directly at vantillon@checkbca.org if you need further assistance or have additional questions.

What do you think?
