I filed a complaint almost 3 weeks ago.i havent heard back yet
Good Afternoon. Thank you for contacting us. I researched your complaint against Price Rite and unfortunately to date, we have not received a response to your complaint. In your complaint, you state that you have already complained to the store and to their insurance company and they claim not to be at fault. If they already addressed the issue with you directly and their insurance company closed the claim then they may feel there is nothing further for them to address. We did contact the company a second time requesting a response to your complaint on April 26. We will contact you by email letting you know if the company responds. Filing a complaint does not guarantee the company will comply or respond, so it’s best to prepare yourself to take further action. I believe at this time your only other option would be to seek legal advice to find out what legal options you have.
