Complaint# 98923259 PAY Pal

I am trying to follow up on a complaint I logged against Pay Pal. Complaint filed on
August 25/2020. Information given to me to follow up on my complaint does not work properly. Can someone help me with this problem

I am sorry you have been having trouble accessing your complaint. Here are instructions to check on the status of your complaint:

1. Go to the Dashboard page http://www.checkbca.org/dashboard
2. Click on "Login" button
3. Enter your username & password
*(If you do not remember your password use the "Forgot your password" button for help or email us at info@checkbca.org.)
4. Click on the "Manage Complaints" button.
5. Use the drop down button to select ALL complaints.

I've had not received any correspondence regarding the complaint of Pay pal. A couple weeks ago I receive a message on my cell phone to contact Pay pal. I did that told them I was returning a missed call. They tried to put me thru to talk to someone but after a couple rings there response was, was we cannot connect you with anyone.

If this is the responce from pay pal then this complaint is not resolved at all
