A McDonald's employee/district manager posting several racist photos and statements on their Facebook.

Date: 9/18/2019 12:05 PM (PST)

Is there anything I can do because of this? I felt so disrespected, hurt and upset that someone in their position would or could post things of that nature publicly and not be reprimanded. All while clearly wearing the McDonald's uniform. So does McDonald's agree with her racist comments and photos? I feel as though they do at this point. Because this person has been doing this for quite some time now and I think it needs to end

Good Morning Dana. Company management should be aware of the situation and given the opportunity to address. If necessary, McDonald’s Corporate should be made aware of the situation if local or regional management are unable to resolve the issue.
