defective couch

Purchased a couch in February the boards started falling in the back I contacted the stores where I purchased and had to wait over two months for the replacement two weeks later same thing happened to the second couch. When I Call and let them know about it I get the run around.what I think they are doing is waiting past the 30 day..return policy. I don't want another couch just a refund to purchase elsewhere
