Good Morning. The complaint you filed against Walmart has been received and is currently being processed. We’ll ask Walmart to address the allegations in your complaint and provide us with a response.

Typically, customer service issues are handled internally at the store. I hope you reached out to the store manager to explain the situation and allow them to address it accordingly with the staff. If the store manager was unavailable, you can always reach out to Walmart corporate.

Nevertheless, your complaint against Walmart will be processed and forwarded to them for a response.
