SafeLink

They have slow response time by email and phone. I told them I would return the defective phone to them and cancel service. Already with another company. SafeLink offers junk phones now. In past gave away quality phones for free.

I asked if prepaid return label they sent me with phone okay to return with that label. No response by phone or email. SafeLink has bad customer service these days, and poor quality phones.

The bad thing about SafeLink now is that they give you one phone. And once it goes bad or defective. They rarely give out replacement phones.


There is a few resources I found, while they didn't help me, maybe someone else will have a better experience.

BCA is the best organisation out there. Even if it is unable to resolve , it is way better than the BBB. Hope in the future the BCA can expand bigger than the BBB for all states.
