Are you kidding me? I just placed a complaint on your website and it was rejected! I'm not going to do it again. Microsoft is safe since a won't input it again.

Hi Reg, We did receive your complaint against Microsoft. In order to make sure your complaint is sent to the correct business for response, could you please let us know the name of the website you purchased Office 365 Home and Office for Mac Home & Student 2011? Any additional information like email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and order information would be helpful as well. You can reply to this thread, or email the information to me directly at atingler@businessconsumeralliance.org
You can check out our Consumer Resource Guide which includes information and tips on Internet shopping and disputes. Here is the link to the Guide: http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/tips/advertisingpromotionsshopping/shopping-by-phone-mail-fax-and-computerinternet-51

Reg, I would also like to let you know about a new program developed exclusively for consumers called the Consumer Ally program.
