Hello Wendy. Your complaint against the business was filed on 12/28. It is still very early in the complaint process, which can take up to 30 days. However, I do encourage you to also file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center to file a report. They are a government agency that specialize in computer internet-related crimes such as cyberextortion which sounds a lot like the situation you’ve described.
