Hi I would like to know if you guy's can help me get my money from this company pride home Warranty I made a claim for my stove,AC and Microwave and they said they won't help me because I did call in 24hrs when I made the contract no one explained this to me and I got confused when I told the person I spoke to when doing filing the complaint I said 3 weeks instead of saying 3 days so all I want from them is my money back and cancel contract because they won't help just because I said three weeks please help!!!

Hello Miriam. I reviewed the company’s website. On their website, under their terms and conditions, they have their cancellation policy posted. Per their policy, you may cancel this agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by them: https://www.pridehomewarranty.com/terms-conditions/ Terms may vary state to state.

Pride Home Warranty can be reached at 1-855-774-3388 or by email at info@pridehomewarranty.com.

If the company continues to deny your request for cancellation, you can file a complaint with us. We’re happy to contact Pride Home Warranty on your behalf. As soon as we receive their response, you will be contacted. Our complaint process can take up to 30 days.
