My question is what if they don't respond to the complaint I filed, what is the next step you take?

I looked up your complaint, and we reached out to the company a second time, just yesterday, for a response to your complaint. In the event that Top Line Auto Service does not respond to us there are further steps you can take. The Office of the Arizona Attorney General accepts complaints against auto dealers: https://www.azag.gov/consumer/auto For the convenience of the public, their website allows you to file an online consumer complaint: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer I believe it would be a good idea for you to contact their office at (602) 542-5025 to discuss your situation and for them to have the opportunity to advise you of their procedures. Currently, your complaint against Top Line Auto Service is still pending. The company is still within their timeframe to respond to us. We will notify you as soon as we hear from Top Line.
