Good Morning Laura. Thank you for your question. It’s wise to be prepared to take further action if necessary. I looked up your complaint, and we reached out to the company a second time, just yesterday, for a response to your complaint. In the event that Top Line Auto Service does not respond to us there are further steps you can take. The Office of the Arizona Attorney General accepts complaints against auto dealers: https://www.azag.gov/consumer/auto For the convenience of the public, their website allows you to file an online consumer complaint: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer I believe it would be a good idea for you to contact their office at (602) 542-5025 to discuss your situation and for them to have the opportunity to advise you of their procedures.

Currently, your complaint against Top Line Auto Service is still pending. The company is still within their timeframe to respond to us. We will notify you as soon as we hear from Top Line. If we receive no response from them, you will be notified of that as well. Please contact me directly at vantillon@checkbca.org if I can be of further assistance.
