data breach incidents, they will provide one year of complimentary identity protection to affected customers. While the company believes it is unlikely that consumers are at risk of identity theft due to these events, they are offering this protection as
an added security measure while also investigating the matter. Patrons that shopped at any of the affected stores located in California, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, Oregon, Southern Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, will receive automatic protection

- Contact your financial institution or bank and obtain a new card.
- Change your password to the account.
- Monitor your financial statements carefully.
- Immediately report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to your banking institution or card issuer.
- Request and review your credit report and dispute any unauthorized transactions or accounts.
