Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for December is Greg Cummings. Greg is a member of our retention team and has been with our organization since September 2004. He has a knack for reaching out to our member businesses and sharing with them all of the benefits BCA has to offer to help their business thrive. Our members appreciate Greg’s thoroughness on explaining the benefits and his professionalism.
Mitch Martin, Retention and Sales Manager out of our Long Beach office, has this to say about Greg, “Greg is a the consummate professional and a great team player who is always courteous and informative to everyone he is in contact with regarding BCA’s excellent benefits and services.”
Greg’s hobbies include hiking nature trails with his girlfriend, Debra. He enjoys going to sporting events and live music concerts. If he’s not at an event, you can usually find Greg at a sports bar enjoying the game with friends and family, especially during football season. He’s an avid fantasy football participant and collects various sports memorabilia, with an impressive collection of over 80,000 sports cards. Greg’s favorites sports teams are the Rams, Dodgers, Lakers and the L.A. Kings. He loves Mexican and Italian food and has a severe weakness for Snickers and Heath Bars.
When asked about what the most fulfilling part about working for BCA is, Greg replied, “When my clients tell me I’ve made a difference in their business. It is gratifying to know that I was able to help someone when they needed it. Building a long term relationship with the members has always been my goal.”
