Lashiba Triggs

Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for February is Lashiba Triggs.  Shiba is a part of our Long Beach membership sales team and has been with our organization for over 7 years.  She is plays a vital role in reaching out to the business community and explaining how BCA membership benefits can help business owners.

Mitch Martin, Sales Manager for our Long Beach branch office, has this to say about her, “Shiba is a great example of how consistency and persistence help her to maintain her success in sales.  She shows us consistency by coming to work on time each day and giving her all with the many calls she makes daily.  Shiba believes in a higher calling and says this gives her the strength and persistence to forge ahead on every call, which leads to her success in growing our membership base.”

Shiba’s hobbies include going to the movies with friends and hanging out with people who have the same drive and vision that she has.  She is grateful for working for BCA, which has afforded her many opportunities to travel to different places such as Hawaii, the Grand Canyon and ziplining in Catalina with her mom.  Some of her guilty pleasures include hamburgers, ice cream, caramel candy bars, root beer floats and banana splits.

When asked about what the most fulfilling part about working for BCA is, Shiba replied, “I enjoy being a BCA Membership Representative and the company allows me to be myself, which is important because when I’m feeling relaxed and have a positive mindset, I can set the bar high in achieving my sales goals.  I love the company's perks, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.  I Thank God for looking out for me because I could not have asked for more from an awesome company.”

Thank you, Shiba, for your commitment to the BCA family and your persistent efforts in helping our member businesses become successful ones.
