Employee Spotlight: April 2017

Monique Garbe

Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for April is Monique Garbe.  Monique is part of our Membership Sales team and has been with our organization since June 2016.  She plays an integral role in reaching out to the business community and explaining how BCA membership benefits can help business owners thrive.

Lina Brown, Sales Manager for the corporate office, has this to say about her, “Monique consistently and thoroughly explains our benefits and displays knowledge of how each benefit can specifically help the company she is speaking with. Her attitude is infectious, as is her willingness to help her co-workers and I am glad to have her on my staff.”

In her spare time, Monique enjoys binge watching on Netflix, reading books and catching up on homework for college courses.  Her favorite type of junk food is sour candy and her hobbies include dancing and basketball.

When asked about what the most fulfilling part about working for BCA is, Monique replied, “Gaining the trust of business owners and showing them that there is an organization (BCA) with their best interest at heart.”

Business Consumer Alliance has a rich history of employees with many years of experience working for our organization.  We have a diverse group of dedicated staff who are passionate about what they do.  If you know of a BCA staff member that you would like to have recognized, please contact us and tell us about your experience.  You can also write a review about us on our Google page.  Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to keep up-to-date on trending topics and scams.
