Our Employee of the Month for June 2017 is Raychel Parris, who is a member of our Customer Service team.

Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for June is Raychel Parris. 

  • Position: Customer Service Representative
  • Years of service: 15 years this year (started in 2002)
  • Hobbies: Watching football and shopping.
  • Favorite Activities: Hanging out with family and friends.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA: “Helping consumers and companies bring their dispute to an amicable closure.”

Kim Burge, Vice President of Operations, has this to say about Raychel:

Raychel stays on task and manages her mediations very well.  She always completes the tasks distributed to her by the end of the work day.
