  • Position: Customer Service Lead
  • Years of service: 12 years of service.
  • Favorite junk food: Lay’s potato chips.
  • Favorite Activities: Gardening or reading a good book.  In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her grandbaby.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA:I like the opportunity I have to help people resolve their issues and having the knowledge to direct them to other resources who may be able to help.”

Kim Burge, Vice President of Operations, has this to say about Laura:

Laura has been with BCA for 12 years. She is hardworking and is a great support system. She ensures the work flows and is someone you can depend on for help. She has been instrumental in managing the CS Department and learning new tasks in the Business Practice Department. She is versatile and willing to learn new things. I appreciate her dedication and the fact that I can rely on her.”
