Business Consumer Alliance’s Employee of the Month for February is Atzintli Lopez. 

  • Position: Business Practice Analyst/Arbitration Specialist
  • Years of service: 16 years of service.
  • Favorite junk food: Chips.
  • Favorite Activities: Going to the beach and spending time with her son.  Atzintli also enjoys making puzzles and hanging out at SeaWorld.
  • Most fulfilling part about working for BCA:Knowing that we are helping others.”

Kim Burge, Vice President of Operations, has this to say about Atzintli:

Atzintli will be working for our company 16 years this April. She handles the majority of our arbitrations and courtesy letters in addition to the web and other assignments. She is instrumental in making sure all aspects of the arbitrations are followed up on including collecting associated fees and conducting the hearings. She has done a great job with adding more arbitrators to our pool to select from. She also handles any courtesy letter requests that are made and has been successful with collecting some payments. We appreciate her commitment and passion about her work.”
