Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. She's always available and answers questions very quickly and thoroughly. At this point she's a good friend. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.
