Prestige Floors were fantastic! Sandy Jimenez, the office staff person is unbelievably knowledgeable. She made it happen. She was a great go between and makes the office run smooth. I would not have chosen Prestige Floors without her. I cannot speak highly enough about Sandy. The workers were professional and had a great sense of humor. They moved our entire house and furniture outside and nothing was damaged. Everything was included in the price we negotiated. Their price point was fabulous! Not only were they the highest quality they price matched and beat it. Adam is very easy to work with. I had some issue with my marble that had nothing to do with the job and they even helped me with getting resources. I cannot speak highly enough about them. I heard about their company through the office manager, Sandy. She is a very dedicated employee and even helps with sales. They did a great job cleaning up. We had a very tight schedule. They finished on time and had to work between the painter schedules. They came right in and took care of it and only had so many days allotted. Make sure you call them even if you consider someone else. Give them a chance to bid your job, it will be well worth it. Usually you don’t get quality and price when you hire a contractor, but in this case you get a lot more.
