I applied for refinancing. FCI fabricated that I was late for payments for several months. I had not late for 3 years. One month was orchestrated by B of A. B of A online payment deliberately mailed to the wrong address to invent that my payment was dated Nov 2020. Resolution Sought To be reimbursed.

FCI Lender Services, Inc. (FCI) is the authorized servicing agent working at the direction of your Lender, Tasman Mortgages, LLC. On April 14, 2022, FCI received your written Complaint through the Business Consumer Alliance website, regarding the subject loan. FCI has conducted a review of the loan regarding your concerns, and our response is as follows. In your Complaint you stated that you applied for refinancing, and FCI fabricated that you were late on several payments, when the only month you were late was the fault of Bank of America in November 2020. In response, FCI finds no merit to your allegations. FCI does not report to the credit bureaus, and we have not been asked to provide a Verification of Mortgage for a refinance application, therefore, FCI could not have fabricated that you were late on several payments. FCI has serviced your loan since May 2019, and none of the payments we have received have been 30 days or more late. The payment in question from Bank of America was received by wire on November 18, 2019, in the amount of $3,852.96. It was posted to the November 1, 2019 payment, and not considered a 30 day late payment. If your refinance company request a Verification of Mortgage from FCI, we will be happy to provide one showing on time payments. In conclusion, FCI remains committed to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction and we trust we have fully addressed your concerns regarding this matter. On June 13, 2022, FCI received your written Complaint through the Business Consumer Alliance website, regarding the subject loan. FCI has conducted a review of the loan regarding your concerns, and our response is as follows. In your Complaint, you stated that you have extended the mortgage, but did not receive a monthly statement from FCI for the month of June 2022. In response, FCI received a payment from you on June 1, 2022, and the account is now due for July 1, 2022. A Payment Statement was mailed to you on May 12, 2022, and on June 13, 2022, and additional copies have been sent to you by mail. On April 12, 2021, FCI received a written Complaint through the Business Consumer Alliance website, regarding the subject loan. FCI and the Lender have conducted a review of the loan regarding your concerns, and our response is as follows. In the Complaint, you alleged harassment from someone other than your mortgage company who is trying to foreclose on your home, and you requested that they stop, and leave you alone. In response, FCI is servicing a second lien on this property, at the direction of the Lender, Premium Capital LLC - Mary Schillinger Managing Member. Premium Capital, LLC did in fact Foreclose on the junior lien on this property on April 6, 2021, which sale was of public record as published in the Covington News. Although you do not reference actual dates of contact from alleged Premium Capital, LLC, publication of foreclosure actions, like this one, typically trigger a significant response from the public to learn and or intervene in the matter. Such harassment / contact could have very likely originated from anyone. However, FCI has contacted Premium Capital, LLC in regard to your concerns, and they have assured us they will not attempt any further contact with you, but will work through their attorney to obtain possession of the property. If, however, you should wish to contact them to discuss your options – they can be reached at (800) 958-2604.
