Horrible customer service!!!' I don't know how they are still in business!!! The flowers I originally ordered could not be obtained with fresh flowers although they advertise them as same day, they stated since fresh flowers couldn't be obtained they would send multicolor roses, then stated I would get a 20 refund which of 88.49 is 17.69 they refunded $11.00, I explained these were being delivered to a business the woman asked me for an alternative address if they could not locate the business, then called me back to state the ballon couldn't be delivered which I stated okay and they informed me that $6 would be refunded it was not. Then she asked if I wanted the flower in a vase which I stated yes and was ensured these flower would be delivered before 4. I wanted to these delivered to my daughter's work so she would get her first set of flowers delivered to her on her 16th birthday. Instead they ordered them to be delivered through UPS to my home address, meaning the entire reason for delivery was screwed up. They did not come in a vase and looked awful. They ruined a special moment I wanted my daughter to have. It took over an hour on the phone to get a refund and let's see if they actually issue it. I wish I could attach a photo to prove how awful these flower are because they are awful!! I mean awful!!!!! This company should really go out of business because they are horrible!!!!!
