I paid my balance due in February 2023. I called and was told I have a negative balance. I am now getting bills claiming I owe various amounts from $16 $30 $190 $270 Resolution Sought I would like a definitive answer to if I and why I owe money so I can pay it. Or I want my balance to reflect the zero amount I should owe and stop receiving bills.

We move out of our former residents in March. We'd called beginning of April to have our gas tanks removed and be reimbursed for the fuel that was in the tanks are at 80 and 65 of 2 100 gallon tanks, which is a 150 gallons at fare market value, which we came to agree. That was somewhere in ballpark of a 408 dollars, they were supposed to reimburse us. They set up multiple times for pick up of the tanks and to send us a check for the remaining balance, and they have not done so. We have set app with them 5 times now for them to do so. And this is what we are waiting for now. We told them that we needed to be reimbursed. Or our last call while is going to be the Better Business Bureau. This is where we are right now. They also have new tenants living in the property. Most likely using our fuel now. They never not issued a check. They haven't even returned my phone call. The last time that we talked to them they said they'd be done by August. Third! That was the fifth time that they said they were going to do this. We have the full conversation via text message with Amerigas they're call centers in the Philippines. We are not happy at all. We have been abused by this company. Resolution Sought We want the money we are owed and to let others become aware of how poor their customer service really is.
