I purchased 3 rugs on Feb 18, 2023. The rugs have never been shipped and there is no knowing when or if they ever will. Every several weeks I emailed them and they would always say there is a delay in the container getting to the port but there is a quantity of these rugs on the container but then for some reason, they would never be shipped. I have saved my many emails to and from them stating this. After waiting 6 months for the rugs to be delivered, I cancelled my order August 7, 2023 and was told the refund would appear on my credit card with in 7-10 business days. It has been 14 business days. I have called and they said they would check the status and let me know within 24 hours. No one has called and now I can not get anyone to answer the phone. I have emailed 3 times and they responded to the first email saying they will check the status and let me know within 24 hours but now no one is responding to the emails. The original purchase price was $690.97 on my VISA and over the course of waiting for 6 months on this order I was offered a discount of $34.55 on April 14, 2023. That leaves a refund amount of $656.42 to be refunded to my credit card. It has been over 6 months since placing this order. The merchandise was never shipped. Please help me to receive a full refund. I do not have an order number as they always use my name or phone number or email to get to my order: Resolution Sought Get a full refund since NO items were ever shipped to me.
