I over drafted my account for 20x 3 and 40x1 time all transactions are less than 24hrs before my check would hit my account. According to my plan if I was to return the funds with in a 24hr period that I over drafted I would not be charged for the overdraft fees. I am writing this today because I have been charged a total of 80.00 dollars in overdraft fees. Resolution Sought Please refund what belongs to me. I would like to have my 80.00 placed back in my account.

Hello, We noticed that one of our Customer Service Representatives spoke with you on April 8, 2024. Our representative informed you about how the Overdraft Grace Period works. They explained that due to the funds that were not repaid within the 24-hour grace period, fees were charged on the account. As a one-time courtesy was applied to the account. We have waived the overdraft fee that was incurred within the last month and explained that moving forward, you will be fully liable for any overdraft fees that are accrued.

There scammers I receive a text message with three unauthorized transactions I did not make of $909 dollars, the dispute analysis had the Audacity to say they had not found any errors, like wtf that is my money they stole from me and I want it back!!!!!! Resolution Sought There are scammers!!!
