They are refusing to release my funds and the customer service is ridiculous! Once you complain they send an automated message and then end the chat. When you call they constantly put you on hold and then disconnects. Resolution Sought I would like my funds to be released so that I can end this relationship

On April 2nd my card had a transaction for a $1000.00, I look at my transaction history and a company I have never heard of debited my card. Resolution Sought I would like this business to return the money they took from my debit card.
