Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

These people are nice when they talk to you but do not trust them when they tell you something! They will tell you not to make a payment are something until you hear from them and then they will fail to do so and report u to the credit bureau they did this to me going into a forbearance and then tried it again coming out of forebearance and during a fraud report to them of their system but i did not listen to them and made my payments anyway i did this to show their lack of communication that caused the issue before that reported on my credit report and they still will not correct therefore i am contacting an attorney and taking my refi elsewhere this is a sorry ass company that makes mistakes and admits them but holds you responsible on their miscommunication issues that they admit too! Resolution Sought To remove late pay from my credit report as i was following their instructions and i have recently proved their lack of communication that they admit!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were refinancing our house at a lower rate. Our loan officer Corey Held stated the loan amount and interest rate then stated we would have to get an inspection which would cost $500 that we would get back at closing or if the loan did not go through. He stated that we could expect a refund of around 3 to 5 thousand back at closing. We received some paperwork in the mail with changes on it stated we would have to pay over a thousand at closing and we needed to sign the paper and send it back. We called and cancelled the loan. Corey said we would be refunded part of the deposit back. We waited over a month and called today 6/3/21 to find out when we were going to get our money back they stated that money was given for the inspection and we were not receiving any back. Hate being lied to. Resolution Sought Our deposit back
