I have never have done business with this company. They continue to harass the elderly individual and disabled veteran with weekly phone calls to me and my health contact sister. I did do business with a company called Free 60 and sent back the medical device three years. Resolution Sought Stop the weekly harassment through weekly phone calls. Also I owe them nothing!

So back in 2020 or 21 I found the security system because I was feeling unsafe at my home at the time I use the service for a total of 6 to 9 months afterwards I advise the company that I was moving and I wish to close out my contract. They agreed in the beginning. I told them I wanted to pay the remainder of the amount that I owed And I wish to close out my account. Long story short they told me that I would be able to complete such now here we are in August and September they were trying to debate me and basically keep me on a contract for a system I don't use. Also, in these months, they told me that I would be able to pay my past due balance, and close out my account. They would just need to advise their management team .I advise the company that their equipment is still inside the apartment I don't no longer have access to , however the leasing agency that I rented out from had the keys and was advised to allow these people into retrieve their equipment that never happened August and September. They told me I will be able to close out my contract as long as I paid my past due bill now November and October come they changed up their agreement they're not trying to Come up with any solution but me staying on the contract or me coming out the pocket $11,000 for system that does not cost that much. I'm not paying them that much money I don't have that much money and I'm not gonna be paying for something that I don't use. Resolution Sought I would like for my contract to be ended. I do not wish to continue any further business with this company and I cannot have them putting this past due balance on my credit. I was willing to pay this company several times and instead of allowing me to just pay my past due balance out and ending my contract they have made it difficult for the past two years as well as not taking their money off the car that I provided them to pay back whatever I owe. And I want to know how is it?
