I would like the lady that did my evaluation Jessica to understand what she did is against the law and a serious situation here. I want a full apology

Well my complaint in problem is kind of a big one I was signed to have an evaluation at Rosecrans I went and got the evaluation I did a drug test and passed negative for all substances. I've got asked a bunch of questions nothing in it whatsoever was my evaluation mentioned with methamphetamine. Everything was fine the lady that did my evaluation her name is Jessica. now this is exactly what happened she says that I need to do outpatient treatment for drugs when I don't do drugs I did a drug test and passed she called me on the phone said I had to do classes. I asked her why do I have to do classes there's no reason why I should, I ended up getting it in a kind of an argument and I called her a b**** over the phone. The next day she wrote I had a mild meth disorder I lost my child my rights to my child I hope you understand that this girl Jessica made a fake perjury piece of paper saying I have a drug problem and I lost my two-year-old daughter because of that. I even went and got another evaluation at Robert Young Center in Moline Illinois and got considered no treatment nothing in my evaluation. My life has never had anything to do with meth so how could that possibly be that I might have a mild meth disorder.
