1-800 Accounts charged my credit card $2200.00 without my consent, in Feb 2021. When I called to question the charges, I told them that I wasn't renewing my subscription, and would like a refund. They finally got back to me two months later and told me that they could not refund my money, because it was more than 30 days... 1) Why was my credit charged with out my approval? 2)It seems funny how they returned my message after 30days. When I was told after 30 days, They can refund my money. Resolution Sought I would like my $2200 refunded. I never used this service, and don't know why I'm being charged for this.

Just completed an IRS Audit which involved an error that 1800 Accountants created on my 2018 taxes. That auditor stated that the expenses/deductions that they reported were not eligible since there was a change made to the 2018 tax rules. The company should have been aware of these tax changes and not placed these on my return. This error caused me to owe the IRS $6,244.09 of which $1,521.09 was interest and penalties. I am requesting 1800 accountants refund me the interest and penalties as this was an error on their part. Resolution Sought Refund of $1,521.09
