My solar box is not connecting to UI which we stumbled on accidentally!! Start my compliant 7-19-21 which only can be done vie computer which at 74yrs old don't have. The only way is to create a service ticket. no talking to anyone!!My son had to do this from a work computer!!!Heard from them 8-4-21 indicating I have to pay 250.00 before service call or tech gets back to me!! So so disgusted so this means my solar has been banked from7-19-21 to currently 8-6-21 Resolution Sought Give me credit for down time on solar and reimburse $250.00 for service tech. Aren't these solar boxes you set warrants.

Per consumer states; Update as of 9-1-21 tech did come on 8-27 repair was faulty wire on solar box I was told my $250.00 will be credited back to my credit card as far as down time from 7-17 to 8-27 there will be no reimbursement according to my contract they have 60 days to rectify a problem !!!! This has been quite an experience with 1st Light and not good I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
