I contacted 4WP on 8/11/2022 and spoke with a customer service person to place an order. I told the person what I needed, they asked for the make/model/year of my vehicle, which I provided. I was ordering new lug nuts for my Jeep Wrangler. The person taking my order stated that they have the parts that I am looking for so I placed my order. When I received my order I went to have the lug nuts replaced and I was told that they were the incorrect size and in fact did NOT fit my vehicle. I went online to see how to proceed with a return and that is when I noticed that the customer was responsible for paying to ship the product back??? I should not be responsible for shipping back an item that was INCORRECT from their store. I specifically called and waited on hold to speak with a human being to avoid such an error. I did everything correctly to ensure I was ordering the correct product, the person taking my order made the mistake not me and it is absurd to think that the customer should be financially obligated to cover the error of an employee. I have sent the package back and it has been received by the company. The tracking number for my return is 1Z3YV56903148420829. It was returned the store in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. On/about August 30, 2022 I sent an e-mail to 4WP regarding my issue with having to pay for the return shipping, as of 9/7/2022 I have not received a response back, which is why I am filing this complaint. The SO # from the order is 1067191. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of my purchase of the items, which was 67.19, this should not be an issue since I sent it back on time and in the manner requested for returns. Also, I want a refund of my return shipping costs which I should absolutely not be responsible for paying, which was 12.63. Which is where the figure of 79.82 comes from. I am very disappointed in this company.
