What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. 411 locals

411 locals did a good job doing the work they agreed to do. I unfortunately wasn't able to continue paying for service. Initially,I spoke with an agent and had a difficult time reaching an understanding that I was in fact wishing to cancel service. We reached no agreement and I wasn't able to contact the company via telephone but kept receiving notifications that I must speak with an agent to cancel service. Since I was unable to contact 411 locals via telephone I had no other option than to contact a third party mediator. 411 locals was notified of my complaint which led them to try contacting me once more, this time I was fortunate to be available to take the call, I am usually sleeping during the day. The 411 locals representative agreed to cancel my account and sent the final billing notice. I am very grateful to the third party mediator BCA for their help in resolving this matter.
