Guaranteed Approval lie

I visited 615 Autosales on 1/8/2024 in search of a vehicle. This is only after I had spoke to someone on the phone who said as long as you have an income you will be approved. I spoke to Luis who showed me a Chrysler Pacifica and inquired on a Dodge Caravan. That was when I filled out an application. Cynthia who was in the office came back and told me I was approved for a first time car buyer. Then she went back and got Luis who explained that the approval was for $18,000 but because of my credit score I would at least need a $2000 down payment. He and Cynthia both said that my income was good but because it was from multiple sources if I had a co-signer who had at least $1800 from one job a montwith a $500 down payment. Man, they lied. I did have someone who made triple what they were asking. They said no because of his credit showing a repo. So I decided to check out there other vehicles. I found two that were a lot lower than my $18,000 approval and spoke to RyKeem. He placed me on hold to come back and say it wouldn't work. He said my approval was for only $9000. That doesn't make since they don't even have a vehicle on there site for $9000. What really angers me is I spoke to them before I went out there and man they sold me on the as long as you have income you will be approved. What they did was feed me one lie after another. My income alone was $3800. I should have been approved with that. Please don't go there and let them string you along.
