Enforce social distancing until businesses are told they don't have to anymore.

Went to store on 5-6-20, went to register to pay young lady next to me within 3 feet of me and wouldn't back up. She said she was 18 and I wasn't her boss, I looked at cashier, she said nothing, security came up when I was telling her to social distance, didn't say a word but listened. I spoke to person in charge. She said she can't force anyone to social distance, she said I can call the cops and have them arrested. I didn't ask her to do that, but don't you think the person in charge, the cashier, or the security guard could have asked her to back up!! Ignorant staff there.
