Lam Van Quoc did not apologized and acted if nothing had happened
Lam Van Quoc (6/11/19) at 5:14 pm, claimed that my credit card was denied when I used the POS (by the bank teller) side. I went out to call my banker and they said nothing was wrong with my card. I went back into the store and insisted that she use another POS and my card was fine. Lam Van Quoc did not apologized and acted if nothing had happened. She needs to apologized and provide better CSR. 001 SEQ; 098468 9 8786 9 68
