$70,000 for 1 pair of Socks!!!!!

I would like to file a complaint against this company for deliberately attempting to defraud my Health Insurance - Cigna On 4-29-15 they charged me $15,000 fifteen thousand for ONE Pair of compression socks and then on the same day charged $20,000 and then on the same day charged another $35,000. We are now standing at $70,000 (SEVENTY THOUSAND) billed by these people for 1 pair of socks! I called and called and got shuffled around so many times. Finally I talked to the woman that does the billing and she said she was confused but did not say that she would correct the issue. I then called Cigna and told them the story and told them NOT TO PAY Cigna payed anyways on the second claim of $20,000. I am not paying any of this and want this to STOP. NEGATIVE REVIEW all across the board.
