My child was kicked out by this daycare for simply having a disability

My child was kicked out by this daycare for simply having a disability. He has a mild case of cerebral palsy that only effects his mobility. Even though the owner explained that they do not have the proper tools to care for a disabled student, they're was nothing extra that my son needed then what they were already doing. To kick a little baby out on the street simply because he cannot get around as well as the other kids is discrimination. My son was still able to get around by crawling instead of walking. There was know need to exclude him from the daycare because of that.
