I felt as if the (manager) was trying to intimidate me by aggressive language hand gestures and uncomfortably crowding my personal space

Prior to an accident , I came to retrieve my personal belongings from the towed car and was told to have the rental agency call and authorize to release anything from the car. I complied as well as the rental agency who then emailed the authorization paper notarized ! I was still told I couldn't get my things for what ever reason . In the midst of the misunderstanding I felt as if the (manager) who handles rental agency releases (wouldn't provide name ) was trying to intimidate me by aggressive language hand gestures and uncomfortably crowding my personal space . I felt this was very unprofessional on his behalf !
