Employee terminated with disability

As a former employee I want to let everyone know that plans on working for ABNB what happened to me. I have a known disability that was temporarily affecting “ my management style”. Without any warning, any coaching, or a simple “what’s going” “ or how can I help you” I was terminated. My opinion didn’t matter nor was I asked what was going on. Having been in banking for over 27 years of which the last 14 was spent in management I’m obviously not just a disgruntled former employee. When I asked for reasoning or examples I was told by my now former manager that I would have to contact Human Resources to get specific examples and reasoning. Upon reaching out to the Vice President of the Human Resources I was told that the decision was made and final and there was nothing else to be added. Please be cautious when considering working for this company
