They need to be trained on how to multitask and be professional to customers.
I went through the drive threew at this establishment and honked my horn as stated on the monitor, the employee asked me to wait she would be with me I waited 10 minutes and honked again and had to wait 8 more minutes for me to place an order. Once I placed my order I drove to the window to pay I had to give them my order again and wait for 5 minutes to get my order. So unprofessional. I want go back ever again Go over how to multi task and be apologetic to the customers
