Took Five hours to cancel a procedure for starters. I had Paid $400 cash and put $400 on credit card, towards a Bridge. This procedure so far has taken four weeks with NO contact from Absolute Dental. I have called, texted, emailed, No one has returned my calls. Oh did receive a Bill for the remaining services that will never be done. I called my credit card company to dispute charges. It is a Trust factor which Now I don't Trust Absolute Dental for any services to be done. All I want is my $$ back as of today it's been 30 days or more. Resolution Sought Communicate and give me my $400 cash and make sure my credit card credited.

Patient was already contacted by Office Manager and refund process is already in process, we are expediting this request and also apologized to our patient for all the inconvenience, the treatment that she started was a partial a multi-step procedure that usually takes almost 6-8 weeks for completion, at this point we are looking forward to our patient to give us another opportunity to fulfill any future dental needs.

I would like to correct you. When I drove over to the Meadows Mall the only thing she said was this will take awhile. After Several messages which Nothing was said about time. My phone calls once I received the Bill was I able to Speak to anyone. That conversation was 4 to 6 weeks. Well the Meadows Mall Never turned in any information until 4 weeks. Making phone calls & messages No one said 6 to 8 weeks. Since 03/24/2021 have gotten Two phone calls. I will NOT use your services as when you change your mind it takes 5 hours to cancel, while at Meadows Mall those phones were not ringing. Need I go on your communication is NOT. I live in Las Vegas NV LOCAL to Corporate office, was told ?? Left office 05/10/2021 nothing yet. Your policies are just keeping HONEST peoples $$ to collect interest at our expense. How can I TRUST any Company that does this, quick to take BUT not willing to give back. Karma is in your court NOW, Goid Luck & I will Pray you will STOP this kind of treatment
