What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. The had finally contact me about there error

To me it shouldn't had gone this far to have someone intervene. But it did. I understand that they get plenty of complaints but I was on it called them so many times with no answers. I feel that if something like my situation happens again they should really work on trying to fix it. And to update there info and have better bill management.
