Dismiss the person working at the front of urgent care argumentative and disrespectful and not willing to discuss or resolve the matter

I was charged $130 at urgent care and my co-pay at Florida blue for urgent care service in or out of network is only 35. Dismiss the person working at the front of urgent care argumentative and disrespectful and not willing to discuss or resolve the matter
