My account was hacked. Son and all the information including the police report. I was on the phone with Ace Flare account customer service as my account was being hacked. The lady blocked my cards however, she did not block the account and the person hacking my account continue to take everything that I had out of it. I have been calling since December 12, 2023 to try to get this issue resolved. I have been getting the runaround. I have been asked in documentation. And have done everything that they have asked me to do. I've called them daily and the people have been real disrespectful and rude. I was told that they could not release my funds or give me any information because the address that I have on file does not match my address that I have now . I created this account years ago from my old address that I stayed at. Being that my current address does not match the information that they have for this account. I cannot receive any updates or information about the hack. I also still have paychecks being deposited into this account, and no way of getting to my funds. I have sent in every document that they have asked me for. I even sent an old bills for my old address and they are still saying that they cannot accept them because it was years ago, they stated that they needed an up-to-date bill for address that I no longer stay at, nor do I have. I sent them in everything that I have been. That is from 2018. They will not accept anything. I sent Social Security cards I sit Resolution Sought I would like for Ace Flare account to unblock my account, activate my card and also update my account with the correct information. Therefore I would not have to go through this again. I feel that the customer service agencies need some type of customer service training. We trust our money which you guys, and I feel that no one should be treated the way that I have been.
