Closed account
They locked my account because of fraudulent activity but come to find out they actually closed my account with no warning spent an hour on the phone and was told everything was resolved and a new card was being issued which wasn't the case at all. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to receive the funds I still had remaining in there and was told I can no longer use their services well I don't intend on ever using their services and I warn anybody who does. Pretty sad I've used them for years and it comes down to lack of communication on their part!

A company debited my account unauthorized on October 31st
I called like 5 times to make a complaint. A company debited my account unauthorized on October 31st now its October 7th i called just to see what going on with the complaint they told me that i have to write a letter to them so they can go Forward with the claim i was never told this when i made the complaint on line and i also spoke to representative i was like in shock when they told me this and i spoke to about 5 representative when i made the complaint . I had my ssi check direct deposit to Metabank that what they call it i feel like not even a bank i think they dont no what they doing. I change bank never again with them. If i would had never called them back today I will be unaware of the steps i had to do. Its was only 150 something like that not much Thank god It could had being much much worse they drag there feet . I wish i new where to go turn this place in very bad business. I wont even call it a bank ..
