They rip you off
When I applied for an ace flare I was not told they would charge me $9 a month to use it. These people are scam artists. They rip you off by charging you secret hidden fees. I will be looking for another debit card through another company that is honest and does not rip people off.

Ace Flare Customer care agent was very rude today
Ace Flare Customer care agent was very rude today and very argumentative in regards to me stating that I have been with them for 7 years. Cut me off regardless to what I was saying and very unprofessional. Customer service should never be that way it was unacceptable. Badge id: 8955 contacted today and recorded I couldn't believe it. Disappointed. For the agent to be addressed on phone etiquette, customer care, and it's not just a job we are real people as well
