I contacted Paul when I was moving from out of state to Oregon. He inspected our place and said was immaculate. He listed a few minor repairs. 3 months later we are dealing with house leaks, faulty roof, mice, pack rats in attic- low and behold now black mold. There were several flags that another inspector said he would have noticed or mentioned in a report. Such as noticing suspected moisture had been in home before and a patch job to cover it or the slimy mildew in windows. The mouse scat was in every drawer, panty, and crevice- although it was not a "pest inspection" any sort of rational human would have mentioned this in a report as a general hazard. Literally, we are living in uninhabitable conditions and now our health is being affected.

Do yourself a favor- pay extra- have someone flown in - whatever you have to do to protect you and your family. This inspector does not care nor take his job seriously. I do not normally review on sites- but I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
