Excellent experience

Graffco Inc. had an excellent experience with Active Innovations. We had an outdated Goldmine program and Mr. Florentz was able to bring us currently in a short amount of time so there was minimal downtime for our sales staff. Active Innovations also coordinated with our cloud-based computer company to get all of our software programs working in a compatible manner with the updated program.

I would give this company five stars in all aspects of its service and affordability.

Erik Florentz then conducted on site training for our sales staff which helped them become more efficient in utilizing Goldmine to its ultimate potential. Active Innovations also conducts periodic trainings at various locations, and we utilized this service for one of our employees who wanted additional training. I would give this company five stars in all aspects of its service and affordability.
