I do not get to spend my free time playing game.

Specifically speaking to Activision Blizzard's current Call of Duty cheating moderation: What an absolute dumpster fire. Time and time again, I do not get to spend my free time playing a game I [used to] enjoy due to the worthless moderation system in place. I am an above average player, with slightly less skilled friends, whom I play alongside. Any time a lesser opponent sees me, I get reported and sent to "shadowban lobbies"— where I'm forced to play people who genuinely cheat— with no timeline whatsoever of when I will be released (every time). It is incredibly frustrating that a multi billion dollar company has such a horrible bottleneck and system on player moderation. If they truly cared as much as they appear to— introducing a AI voice moderation system, for instance— they would hire people that would moderate reported players live, rather than sending them to cheater hell for anywhere from 1-3 weeks. I have been playing Call of Duty games for 19 years and I'm nearing the final straw and more than likely not recommend the current game or any future games until this moderation issue is fixed. Genuinely disgraceful. Figure it out. - PridSnD#4519210. Reshape the report system and moderation of said system.
