I only saw Dr. One time. Why is my bill so high?

They were very nice until the bill came in. It is TOO HIGH. I have been sent to to many doctors to be lied to and taken advantage of. I was out of insurance money and they were supposed to help me and they didn't. One office visit should not cost that much.
